Introduction

A0300007 ADSL2+ Tester is a hand-held communication instrument that supports batteries as power supply, and has a large color touch screen with English display. This product is particularly applicable for the field cutover, acceptance and maintenance of ADSL equipment, and can be widely used by ADSL business operators like China Telecom, China Rail Company, etc, and is the best choice of ADSL engineers and technicians.

  • Line parameters testing: up and down channel rate, line attenuation, noise margin, transmitting power, anduse rate of channel.
  • Performance analysis of line error and alarm:

  • ISP PING test
    Verify the connection of user to ISP provider.
  • Simulated PC logon
    Simulate user terminal PC logging on ISP provider to verify if ADSL user can get on the Internet.
  • LAN PING test
    Verify the PC in connection failure within LAN.
  • WAN PING test
    Directly PING the website IP to local WAN to verify the connectivity of WAN link.
  • Instead of ADSL MODEM to test Internet wire speed and flow available for the user.
  • Completely instead of ADSL MODEM to simulate PC logon, and verify the operation performance of user's terminal equipment
  • Obtain dynamic IP address by PPPoE dial-up.
  • Webpage browsing.

For ADSL line:

  • Digital multi-meter (DMM) test
    Test AC/DC voltage, loop resistance, insulation resistance, capacitance, etc.
  • Phone connectivity test
    Built-in separator connected an external phone to verify the connectivity of user's phone
  • Estimate the distance of subscriber telephone wire.
