Toronto, Canada – GAO Instruments offers its 4512UE 500k-12bit-16CH data acquisition board featuring a USB2.0 interface, high transfer rate, plug and play set up with automatic configuration and a high A/D resolution of up to 12bits. This portable unit easily achieves multi-point data acquisition and storage with high reliability, yet retains a reasonable cost. The data acquisition is intended for field data acquisition, parallel data acquisition for more channels and time-phase-sensitive acquisition.

This hot-pluggable, 4512UE 500k-12bit-16CH data acquisition board, model A0730002, supports a sample acquisition depth of up to 1M for each channel and a sample memory depth of up to 1M/CH for each channel. It provides three triggering modes: manual, external and internal triggering. Internal triggering can be sub-divided into triggering on rising edge and falling edge with adjustable triggering level. The frequency bandwidth of input signal is 0kHz to 150kHz or 0.2kHz to 150kHz. The acquisition board is equipped with an indicator light which displays the acquisition state of channels. In addition, it includes a pre-panel and a post-panel: the pre-panel displays the acquisition state of channels while the post-panel provides a cascading interface for instruments.
