Mini Optical Power Meter

Synthesized Radio Frequency Signal Generator

Toronto, Canada – GAO Instruments has announced the release of its synthesized signal radio frequency (RF) generator operating over a frequency range of 250kHz to 4GHz which covers all common RF bands. This optimized signal generator is intended for use in applications such as scientific research, production and general RF testing. It features wide frequency coverage, excellent spectral purity, a built-in modulation signal generator and a GPIB remote control function.

This synthesized RF signal generator, model A0200001, offers abundant modulation functions including amplitude modulation, frequency modulation, phase modulation and pulse modulation. Step sweep and list sweep provide flexible digital functions which help achieve control over output frequency and power. Its output power range is from -136dBm to 7dBm. Arbitrary Waveform Generator and Frequency Counter with DDS Circuit

Toronto, Canada – GAO Instruments has released an arbitrary waveform generator and frequency counter which boasts DDS circuit to produce the corresponding DAC refreshing clock. It directly reads waveform data files produced by Tektronix oscilloscopes or Tektronix waveform editor software and displays the waveform. The waveform generator uses DDS technology so that it has advantages of high frequency accuracy, high waveform resolution, high reliability and wide software support.

This cost-effective USB waveform generator and frequency counter, model A0200002, is shipped with both SDK and API and can be easily integrated or embedded into other auto-measuring systems. It is integrated with one channel of arbitrary waveform output, 8 bit output, synchronized signal output and two input channels for counter/frequency measurement, 8 bit input and external trigger input. Users can arbitrarily edit the waveform using a mouse. Parameters such as amplitude, frequency and offset are configurable. Users can also choose regular waveforms including Sine, Square, Triangle, Saw-tooth, TTL, white Noise, GaussIian Noise, Trapezoid, Exponent, AM and FM are configurable. A computer transfers the waveform data into the memory of the signal generator via USB bus; the ID counter cycles and sends the periodic waveform data to the DAC circuits.

Highly Accurate Digital Insulation Resistance Tester

Radio Frequency Signal Generator Operates over a Wide Frequency Range

Toronto, Canada – GAO Instruments has released a CPU-controlled Radio Frequency (RF) signal generator operating over a frequency range from 300kHz to 300MHz. It is an ideal tool for research, development and production testing of AM/FM receivers, civil-band transceivers, radio remote-controlled devices such as toys and wireless telephones. The RF signal generator offers a frequency synthesizer to enable the output signal to be determined very accurately and frequencies to be entered directly from a keypad or via remote control. The high accurate RF signal generator, model A0400001, provides AM and FM modulation types and supports the output levels varied in 0.1dB step. High Performance Fiber Optic Identifier Features Low Bending Loss

Arbitrary Waveform Generator Module
